1. If you find any defects or quality issues with the board within 7 days after receiving it, you can either return it and get your full refund or request for a new board after you mail the defective one back to us.
2. Please contact us before you mail the board back to us. SkateBolt will be responsible for the shipping fee and will provide a return label.
3. SkateBolt will not take return for any reasons other than quality issues of the boards found within 7 days of receiving the boards.
4. After 7 days of receiving the boards, within the 6-month warranty, SkateBolt will help you repair any problems or mail you any parts you need (see warranty), but can no longer take return for any reason.
